2023-02-08
ASHBURN International, owned by the Penki kontinentai group, and Xalq Bank are implementing a joint customer loyalty program in Azerbaijan. Customers of the Azpetrol network can pay not only with the local currency (manats), but also with accumulated loyalty points, or 'oil'.

Now customers of Xalq Bank can earn loyalty points (oil) by using their Mastercard to pay for goods and services.

“We adapted payment terminals to accept oil points as well as manats. There are currently more than 200 Smart One Bank Pro and Smart Peak payment terminals accepting oil’s,” says Jerzy Mardosiewicz, Director of Customer Support and Systems at ASHBURN International.

These days a wide range of companies in different countries offer loyalty points to reward their customers. A few years ago, ASHBURN International implemented similar projects for Georgian banks. Our specialists have enforced “Scool Points” program (for students) and “Plus Points”, as well as TBC Bank loyalty points –- ERTGULI.
