Decentralization of POS terminal warehouses
POS terminals can be distributed to regional service and distribution centers immediately after acquisition. Devices are remotely entered in the TransLink.iQ Manager module, after which they can be installed with merchants at any time.
This simplifies and speeds up the process of installing or replacing terminals, and also reduces logistics costs. In this case, all information is stored not on the device, but in the TransLink.iQ Manager module, which ensures data safety and device interchangeability.
Remote configuration and software update
The TransLink.iQ solution allows you to remotely install, update and configure software for each POS terminal individually, a group of devices or for the entire fleet at once, without interrupting the customer service process. In this case, the system preliminary checks the status of the terminal memory and evaluates whether it is possible to automatically update the software at this time.
TransLink.iQ also provides the ability to monitor and manage the software update process by setting distribution algorithms through a special scheduler.
Transaction Flow Routing
The TransLink.iQ solution allows you to logically separate and identify transactions by different parameters (including transactions from a specific POS terminal) and send them to different processing centers and other external systems. Using TransLink.iQ, the system operator can control the delivery of the transaction from the payment device to the processing center and can quickly take measures in case of unsuccessful transactions, which reduces the response time in case of an incident.
Online monitoring of the acquiring ecosystem
TransLink.iQ collects and displays with a single user interface, information on the technical condition of each POS terminal in the network, software and device parameters, the load on the server infrastructure, and the status of cryptographic equipment (HSM). The system operator can also track the flow rate and transaction speed, as well as receive detailed information about the transactions themselves.

The TransLink.iQ Manager module transfers terminal and transactional information to the TransLink.iQ Reporting module or other databases.
The data is transferred after each transaction. However the update frequency of the TransLink.iQ Reporting module can be personally configured.
All data and TransLink.iQ Reporting reports can be used to conduct an extended retrospective analysis of the efficiency of various parts of the acquiring infrastructure.

TransLink.iQ allows you to automate the process of managing a network of POS terminals within a single framework. Organize the management of payment terminals of any type and model, including terminals of different manufacturers by linking them into a single and efficiently working network. To support a high level of storage security and ensure the integrity of the transmitted data, TransLink.iQ uses cryptographic equipment. An HSM is used to generate keys and encrypt stored and transmitted data.
Automated Encryption Key Management
Thanks to the use of asymmetric data encryption technology (RSA), TransLink.iQ allows you to automate the management of encryption keys and significantly reduce the costs associated with this process, while providing the necessary level of security.
TransLink.iQ allows you to collect logs and statuses from a payment terminal and other equipment (as part of an integrated solution) with a specified frequency, as well as analyze transaction information in the database of the solution itself. This data can be used to quickly identify the cause of a failure during POS terminal operation.
In addition, the system draws up reports and graphs based on the data received from the POS terminals for monitoring the network status.
